Shipping policy

Victory Technology Company ships from Fair Grove, Missouri to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders for in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days. Radios that need programming before shipment may take an additional 1 to 2 business days; we will let you know if that applies to your order. Orders placed after 2 pm Central, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Shipping options and cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order total and weight.

• Orders of $500 or more ship free by Economy (5 to 8 business days).
• Orders under $500: Economy (5 to 8 business days) is $4.90 up to 5 lb or $19.90 for 5 to 70 lb. Standard (3 to 4 business days) is $6.90 up to 1 lb or $9.90 for 1 to 5 lb.

Delivery estimates are in business days after the order ships and are not guaranteed. If you need equipment by a specific date, call (417) 831-0097 before ordering and we will find the fastest option.

Batteries

Lithium-ion radio batteries are regulated for transport. They ship by ground only, in the manufacturer packaging, and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or by air. Orders containing batteries may take one extra business day to prepare.

Tracking and delivery

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Once a carrier marks a package delivered, please check with neighbors, your mailroom, or your building office before contacting us. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email Support@VTC-USA.com within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement moving.

Local pickup and installation

Local pickup is not currently offered through the online store. Customers in the Springfield, Joplin, and Branson areas who want equipment installed or programmed on site should contact us for a quote instead of ordering online; installation is not included with online orders.
